Followup to my last post. It's not good.

If you look at this map image you'll notice orange and blue squares. Orange is proposed solar sites and blue is proposed windpower sites.

So one day in the not too distant future you'll look out on a vast sea of solar mirrors and wind towers.If you look into the photograph you see a dry lake bed. The solar site will start at the far end of the lake and go across the valley and about 1 or miles in deepth. Right after that the windmills should run across the horizon where those clouds are. Also to the right of the lake will be the transmission towers.

Looking down from the map point marked 24S60E will be the approximate view looking into the distance

on the photo.
